Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of non-toxic furniture finishes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Items must be in new, unused condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products that have been mixed or customized
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@motiondetox.world or call +1 (201) 164-4154 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
3. Include the RA number and original receipt in the package
4. Ship the item to the address provided with your RA number

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require a return and new purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your refund is processed.
